Ingredients

Boneless Chicken
cut into 1 1/2 inch square pieces

tandoori spice mix

tbsp
Lemon juice
1/2
jalapeño
sliced

¼red food coloring

tbsp
red chili paste

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken till it’s half cooked or the water dries up.
Add 2 tablespoon tandoori spice mix and lemon juice and cook on high heat till the chicken is completely ready.
Now add the remaining tandoori masala, lemon juice, red food color, & red chili paste. Cook for 5 minutes on high medium heat.
In the end add jalapeño, curry leaves and oil and simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
