skinless and boneless chicken breasts cut in half

For Sauce

chicken bouillon

shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
Take a saucepan and place the chicken breasts.
Pour the water, chili powder, salt, cumin, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Put the saucepan on a high flame and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Now reduce the flame to medium and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Add green chilies, onion, and garlic while simmering.
When the mixture reduces to one cup, remove the chicken, shred it and return to the mixture.
In another saucepan, melt butter over a medium flame and mix in the flour.
Cook for a minute and then whisk in the water and bouillon cube till the water thickens and the cube dissolves.
Add the green chillies along with sour cream and salt and pepper seasoning and keep the mixture warm.
Heat oil in a saucepan and fill tortillas with the chicken, cheese and fold to to make a chimichanga.
Fry the chimichangas till golden and crisp and serve hot with the sour cream.
