Dewar’s 12

ounce
Lemon juice
3/4
ounce
honey syrup
1/4
ounce
Craigellachie 13 whiskey
3
quarter size slices of ginger
Instructions
Muddle fresh ginger in a shaker, and add the remaining ingredients except for the Craigellachie 13.
Fill the shaker with ice, and shake until chilled.
Double-strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, and float the Craigellachie on top. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
