Kheer Recipe
A delicious Indian dessert.
Ingredients

cooked rice

Full Fat Milk
2
tbsp
sugar
1/3
cup
sweetened condensed milk
1/8
tsp
nutmeg powder
1
tsp
+ 2ghee
1/2
tbsp
Cashew nuts
chopped

tbsp
Almonds
chopped
Instructions
Heat a teaspoon of ghee and roast the cashew nuts and almonds until they brown.
Remove and set aside.
Heat the milk, condensed milk, sugar and cooked rice in the same pan.
Cook, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens on a low flame.
After 12 -15 minutes, add the nutmeg powder and ghee.
Place in a serving bowl and add the cashew nuts and almonds to the top as garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
