carrots

Instructions
Begin by peeling the carrots and washing them well to remove all the grit.
Now chop the carrots and put them in a blender and fill about halfway with water.
Blitz it and add more water if required.
Once blended, strain out the pulp and squeeze out as much juice out of it as you can.
Consume or serve the juice immediately.
