Fish Fingers Recipe
In one episode of Dr Who, the Eleventh Doctor (who has always had a strange sense of taste) demands fish fingers dipped in custard. Today, we’re sharing a recipe for the fish fingers; later we’ll share one for the custard so you can pair the two together.

  1. Heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Mix the lemon zest and breadcrumbs together. Add the oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Dip the fish strips into the eff and then the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat.
  4. Bake on a non-stick baking sheet for 20 minutes.
