black pepper powder

Instructions
On a bread slice spread 2 tbsp mayonnaise, place onion, beetroot, tomato, potato and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Spread remaining mayonnaise on the other bread slice and club both slices together.
Heat butter in non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill sandwich from both sides for 1-2 minute or till golden brown in colour. Cut and serve hot.
