Ingredients

medium cucumber
grated and squeezed

small Onion

Yellow and Green Bell Pepper, de-seeded and sliced

Instructions
For Cucumber Spread: In a bowl add cucumber, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, curd, salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth mixture is formed.
In another bowl mix together onion, tomato, bell peppers, garlic, oregano, remaining mint mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
On a pita bread apply cucumber spread and on other pita bread place the vegetable mixture. Club both slices together.
Heat butter in non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill sandwich from both sides for 1-2 minute or till golden brown in colour. Cut and serve hot.
