Going Green
I do like green eggs and ham.
Ingredients

arguala

parsley leaves

cup
basil leaves

Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
olive oil
8
eggs
1
tbsp
unsalted butter
Mustard- Maple Glazed ham
salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine the arguala, parsley, basil and cheese together.
Blend these ingredients in a food processor, adding a little olive oil until a smooth paste forms.
Season this paste with salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs and mix in 1/4 cup of the paste.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the egg mixture until it is scrambled (3-4 minutes).
Serve with the ham.
