Full Fat Milk

vanilla pod
2
egg yolks
2
tsp
corn flour
25
grams
castor sugar
Instructions
Mix together the egg yolks, sugar and corn flour until you get a smooth paste.
Put the vanilla pod in the milk and boil the milk.
Turn the milk down to simmer and mix the egg yolk paste into it.
Remove the vanilla pod.
Cook the milk until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the stove and serve.
