Super easy Oreo truffle eggs dipped in heavenly chocolate and topped with lovely white chocolate deco.
Ingredients

package classic Oreos
1
brick cream cheese
softened, 8 oz.
8
oz. dark chocolate chips
melted, about 2 cups
4
oz. white chocolate bark
melted
Instructions
Add the Oreos to a food processor, and pulse until crumbled.
Add the cream cheese to crumbs and pulse until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
Scoop out dough into 1/4-cup balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Then roll by hand into egg shapes.
Chill in the refrigerator until hardened.
Heat the dark chocolate in a microwave until melted and smooth.
Dip the eggs one at a time in the melted chocolate, and roll around until evenly coated.
Transfer the egg to the baking sheet again and let cool.
Transfer to the refrigerator once more to cool until the chocolate has hardened.
Melt the bark in a separate bowl, then drizzle on the eggs with a fork or use a piping bag to pipe the chocolate as designs.
Serve immediately.
