A spicy, delicious prawn curry!

cleaned and washed

green chili

For marinating

Instructions
Combine the ingredients for marinating and coat the prawns with this mixture.
Set aside for half an hour.
Head the oil and sauté the cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chili.
Allow the curry leaves to crispen and then stir in the onions and salt to taste.
Sauté the mixture until the onions turn golden.
Lower the flame and continue sautéing for a minute or two.
Stir in the ginger garlic paste and the prawns.
Sauté for three minutes.
Then, add the chili powder, turmeric and garam masala.
Sauté for two minutes.
Pour in half a cup of water and stir thoroughly.
Cook until the prawns are done.
Take the prawns off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve!
