Ingredients

cups
ground beef*
1/2
cup
barbecue sauce
1
onion
small, diced
1
green pepper
diced
1 1/2
cups
biscuit dough
1/2
cup
cheddar cheese
shredded
Worcestershire sauce
as required
Instructions
In a skillet, cook the onion and green pepper until soft.
Next, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink.
Add the barbecue sauce and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan.
Flatten the biscuit dough and press into the cups of the muffin pan. Bake the biscuits for approximately 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pan from oven and spoon 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture into each cup. Bake for 10 minutes or until biscuit dough is golden brown.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake again until the cheese melts.
