Instructions
Method
Grate the potatoes into fine strips and then soak the potato in cold water to remove the starch
Squeeze out the water once rinsed and pat it dry with a towel
Put the potato into a bowl and add the flour and egg, mix well and add salt and pepper to taste
Take small chunks of the potatoes and roll it, then flatten and set it aside
Pour oil into a pan, add the potato cutlets into the pan and cook on both sides till semi-crisp
Serve!
