Instructions
  1. Take a large bowl and add the minced garlic, tomato sauce, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Stir them well.
  2. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper, salt and basil into the bowl and mix well. Toss the shrimp into the mixture making sure it is well coated with the marinade.
  3. Pre-heat the grill to a medium. Skewer the shrimp and lace them on the oiled grill. Turn them every one or two minutes.
  4. Coat the shrimp with the left over marinade while cooking. Cook until the shrimp turns opaque.
Recipe Notes

This is a great dish when eaten as it is. You can also make flavorful lettuce tacos or toss them into a salad for texture and extra crunch. Happy eating!
