Method
  1. In a lager wok, heat vegetable oil and cook beef for two-three minutes until brown.
  2. Remove the cooked beef and set aside.
  3. To the wok, add the carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, spring onion and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are nearly done.
  4. Stir in the beef with the vegetables, add the soy sauce and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve over hot rice.
