Instructions
Method
Bring water to a boil and add the orzo and salt. Cook until al dante and drain in a colander.
In a large pan, add butter and sauté the onions and add dried thyme.
Whisk in the soup and milk and keep stirring until uniform.
Stir in the cooked orzo and add grated the parmesan and pepper. Stir well.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
