Shrimps Over Coconut Rice
This tasty rice based dish is simple to make.

coconut milk

cup
coconut oil

Thai curry

shrimps

all purpose flour
Instructions
Wash the rice in cold water.
In a rice cooker cook the rice along with the water, salt, sugar and pandan leaf.
Pour the coconut milk into the cooked rice and mix well. Allow the rice to sit.
In the coconut oil, sauté the shrimp over medium high heat and cook until the shrimps turn orange.
Add the flour and coconut paste to the shrimp and stir well.
Cook for three minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the stove and spoon it over the rice.
Serve!
