Instructions
Cut the figs from top to root in thin slices.
Arrange them equally on 6 plates and then arrange parma ham on top.
Crumble the cheese over the ham and add rockets to each plate.
Whisk together sherry vinegar, olive oil and honey and combine well to make the dressing.
Pour this dressing over the salad before serving.
