Ingredients

pizza dough
14
ounces
tomatoes
peeled
1
tbsp
olive oil
1/2
tsp
oregano
Salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

– Mozzarella
olive oil
for drizzling
Instructions
Get the pizza dough ready.
Keep a pizza stone in the oven and preheat the oven to 500°F.
Blitz the tomatoes lightly in a mixer making sure they have a chunky texture.
Add olive oil, oregano and the seasoning of salt and pepper.
After mixing it all together, roll one half of the pizza dough into a circle.
Put this on a floured pizza peel and spread half the tomato mix on it.
Cut the mozzarella in thin circles and put half of them on the pizza base.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and olive oil.
Put the pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes or till the cheese melts and the crust is crisp.
Repeat the process with the other half of the dough to make the second pizza.
