The Golden Eggs
Delicious fried eggs just in time for winter!
Ingredients

Boiled eggs
sliced into threeeach

cup
Besan

Rice flour

ajwain
1/4
tsp
red chili powder
salt as required
water as required
Oil for deep frying
For blending
1
medium onion
finely chopped
1
green chili
chopped
1
tsp
ginger garlic paste
2
tbsp
Water
Instructions
Pierce each of the pieces of egg with a fork.
Mix together the ingredients for blending and blend into a fine paste.
Stir the besan, salt, turmeric, rice flour, ajwain and chili powder together,
Fold the paste into this mixture and knead to make a batter.
Dip the eggs in the batter and deep fry until golden.
Serve hot!
