The Golden Eggs
Delicious fried eggs just in time for winter!
Ingredients
For blending
Instructions
  1. Pierce each of the pieces of egg with a fork.
  2. Mix together the ingredients for blending and blend into a fine paste.
  3. Stir the besan, salt, turmeric, rice flour, ajwain and chili powder together,
  4. Fold the paste into this mixture and knead to make a batter.
  5. Dip the eggs in the batter and deep fry until golden.
  6. Serve hot!
