In medium bowl, mix together hash browns, cheese, pepper and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
Place spoonful of mixture into each muffin cup. Press mixture down and up the sides, using fingers to shape into nests.
Place muffin pan in preheated griddle plate and cook on LOW Broil for 12-15 minutes until hash browns start to brown.
Crack egg into each nest and season with salt and pepper.
Broil for 6 minutes. Rotate muffin pan 180° and broil for an additional 4 minutes, or until egg whites are set. Repeat with remaining mixture and eggs.
