  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Once its done, remove the shell and cut each boiled egg into two halves. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the eggs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the gram flour, salt, chili powder, soda. green chili and chopped coriander. Add water and mix it well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Coat the egg well with the batter and deep fry it in the hot until golden brown on both the sides.
