Mark my words when I say ‘You’ll stop buying these at the store’. Forever.
Ingredients

of AP flour
plus extra for dusting
1
whole egg
1/2
cup
cold water
1
teaspoon
sugar
1/2
teaspoon
Salt
Instructions
Sift flour, salt and sugar into a bowl.
Beat egg and water together thoroughly in another bowl.
Make a well in the flour and add the egg and water mixture.
Stir until completely combined. The dough will be sticky.
Lightly flour your hands and your work surface.
Knead dough a few minutes until it is smooth. Around 3 – 5 minutes should do it.
Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for a good 1/2 hour.
Return dough to your work surface.
Roll each individually into a square or circle based on your filling.
Use them as you would the store-bought ones.
