  1. Sift flour, salt and sugar into a bowl.
  2. Beat egg and water together thoroughly in another bowl.
  3. Make a well in the flour and add the egg and water mixture.
  4. Stir until completely combined. The dough will be sticky.
  5. Lightly flour your hands and your work surface.
  6. Knead dough a few minutes until it is smooth. Around 3 – 5 minutes should do it.
  7. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for a good 1/2 hour.
  8. Return dough to your work surface.
  9. Roll each individually into a square or circle based on your filling.
  10. Use them as you would the store-bought ones.
