Go bananas over cake!
This delicious banana cake is super simple to make, and its vegan!
Ingredients

large overripe bananas

cups
½whole wheat flour

tsp
baking powder
tsp
½baking soda
pinch
Aof salt
cup
½sugar
2/3
cup
Sunflower Oil
1
tsp
vanilla extract
10
walnuts
chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Put the bananas in a blender and blend until they are fairly smooth.
Put the banana mash in a bowl and stir in the sugar, oil and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
Sieve in the whole wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Stir well.
Add the chopped walnuts and fold.
Stir the batter and pour it into a greased loaf pan that is approximately 7.5 x 4 x 2.5 inches.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and serve!
