Eggs for Breakfast with Potatoes and Cheese

Shredded Hash brown Potatoes

Shredded Cheese

eggs
1/4
Cup
onion

Teaspoon
Garlic Salt
Instructions
Pour the Hash Brown’s into a large bowl
Add the cheese, egg, onion and garlic and mix well (reserve a bit of the cheese to top the cup)
Grease a regular sized muffin tin
Place large scoops in the muffin tins
Top with a sprinkle of cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
