Mix the spinach, cheese, onion, parsley, cumin garlic, salt and pepper and one egg in a bowl and keep aside.
Pre heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
Cut the Puff Pastry into squares and add the filling to the centre of the squares. Fold each corner of the inwards. You can fold the pastry into any desired shaped.
Brush the remaining egg on top of of the filled puffs
Bake for about 20 mins. or until the puffs are nice & golden with a touch of brown.
