Scones Away
Ingredients

all purpose flour

white sugar

baking powder

butter

egg
beaten

Milk
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in the butter.
Combine the egg and milk in a separate bowl and gradually whisk it into the flour.
Knead the flour mixture into a dough and spread into a disc with 1/2 inch thickness on a floured surface.
Cut the dough into 8 wedges.
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Place the dough wedges on the sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve while warm.
