Instructions
For this recipe, you can stick to your favourite jam or use different flavours in different tarts.
To start making the tarts put the flour, salt and sugar in a food processor and process till you get coarse crumbs.
Keep adding water little by little and keep blending till the dough is nice and round.
Put the dough in refrigerator for about a half an hour.
Remove the dough after its chilled and grease the tart trays.
Roll out the pastry but not too thin or too thick and then cut rounds to put in the tart tins.
Bake the pastry at 180°C for about ten minutes, remove and add the jam.
Put the jam-filled pastry back in the oven for another ten minutes, then let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
