Ingredients

Instructions
Mix together the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and the salt in a mixing bowl.
Using a paddle attachment mix the ingredients till it forms a smooth dough and then press it into a tart pan.
Refrigerate the crust for half an hour.
Once chilled, bake the crust for about 20 minutes or till it develops a light golden colour.
To make the filling whisk together sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice and the flour in a bowl till your get a smooth mixture.
Pour this filling into the crust and cover the edges of the crust with a foil.
Now once again put the tart in the oven for another 20 minutes and once done, cool it down and garnish by dusting confectioners’ sugar.
