Strawberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients

pectin sugar

vanilla pod
1
kg
ripe strawberries
hulled
Instructions
Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.
Combine the seeds, strawberries and pectin and mash with a potato masher.
Place this mixture in a pan over medium heat and allow to heat skimming the foam off as it forms.
Take off the stove after 15 minutes and allow to cool.
Place into jam jars and refrigerate.
Serve and enjoy.
