Multigrain Fruit Sandwich Recipe
A hearty, healthy sandwich.

Fruit Cocktail
½ small Cabbage
shredded

Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise
4 tbsp

Pieces each Cashewnuts and Almonds
chopped

Multigrain Bread
Instructions
Open tin, strain and coarsely chop fruits.
In bowl mix fruits, cabbage, mayonnaise and nuts.
Spread mixture evenly on 2 bread slices and club it with remaining bread slices. Remove the crusts, cut each sandwich into fingers and serve.
