Paneer Steak Burger Method
  1. Slice paneer into big chunks and marinate the chunks with soy sauce, schezwan sauce, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat these chunks with breadcrumbs and grill in an oven at 180 degree celsius for 8-10 minutes.
  3. For assembling the burger – Apply mayonnaise to the burger buns, add caramelised onions, two chunks of grilled paneer and a cheese slice.
Cream of Vegetable Soup Method
  1. Finely chop the veggies and boil them. Keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, add flour and saute for 2 minutes, then add milk. Keep whisking continuously.
  3. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Add the boiled vegetables along with the stock.
  5. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
