Method
  1. Marinate the chicken legs with brown sugar, ground cumin, ginger-garlic paste, olive oil and red chilli powder.
  2. Grill at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes. Once done, shred the chicken with a fork.
  3. Split open the sub, smear thousand island dressing and mustard sauce.
  4. Stuff the sub with the chicken.
  5. Top with chopped olives and parsley.
