Broc’ your World
Broccoli lends incredible flavour to this soup. It’s creamy yet light. I wouldn’t mind having this for a meal with a warm slice of garlic bread.
Ingredients
Butter 75 gms
garlic 15 gms
Onion 50 gms
Carrot 50 gms
Celery 15 gms
Leeks 15 gms
Peppercorn 05 gms
Bayleaf 2 gms
Broccoli 750 gms
Stock water 500 ml
Instructions
Saute first six ingredients is butter.
Add blanched broccoli and stock water let roll boil once.
Add seasoning and remove from fire.
Strain and grind, add the liquid and mix .
Will get six portions approximately.
