Melt butter in a pan. Saute garlic, onion, fresh thyme and oregano, paprika, chilli paste/paprika paste. Let it cool and adjust the seasoning, if required. Marinade the chicken mince in this mixture.
Make a patty out of this mixture and grill.
For the salad vegetables that go into the burger, cut roundels of bell peppers and onion. Put them in the same pan in which the patty was browned.
Stuff the burger buns with the patty, top with the salad vegetables and serve.
For the Tzatziki –
Peel and grate the cucumber; drain all the excess water. Mix the cucumber with curds, chopped mint and toasted sesame seeds. Adjust the seasoning of salt and pepper and serve in a bowl.
For Fattoush –
Cut all the vegetables into diamond shaped pieces. Mix them together and toss it with a dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and sumac powder.
Take the pita bread and cut it into triangles. Fry the pita bread or roast it in the oven and crush the crispy pita bread.
