Ingredients

apple
peeled, cored and shredded
3
apples – peeled
cored and sliced
1
cup
brown sugar
1
cup
Golden Raisins
1
sheet frozen puff pastry
thawed
1
egg
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the apples with the sugar and raisins.
Place the puff pastry on the baking sheet and arrange the apple filling down the middle of it.
Seal the edges together.
Whisk the egg and milk together.
Lightly brush this mixture over the top of the pastry.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Take out off the oven.
Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the strudel.
Serve when warm.
