Fishy Tales
A quick, simple way to fry fish, Indian style.
Ingredients

fish fillets/pieces

tsp
turmeric
1
tbsp
Lemon juice
3/4
tsp
ginger garlic paste
1/4
tsp
red chili powder
1/4
tsp
Garam masala powder
oil for frying
Instructions
Rinse the fish and pat it dry with paper towels.
Mix the turmeric, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and chili powder together.
Coat the fish with this mixture, and allow it to sit for half an hour.
Fry the fish in hot oil, flipping after three minutes.
Place the fish on paper towels to seep out excess oil.
Sprinkle a little lime juice over the fish and serve immediately!
