Golden Pakoras
Some delicious, warm pakoras for winter.
Instructions
  1. Steam the fish and cut into bite sized pieces.
  2. Whisk the eggs and add the salt, chili powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves to the beaten eggs.
  3. Add the corn flour and mix until a batter is formed.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep pan.
  5. Coat the fish pieces with the batter and deep fry until golden.
  6. Take the fish out and lay it on a paper towel to drain and excess oil.
  7. Serve the pakoras immediately.
