Ingredients

Fish popcorn

Lemon juice

Oil
to deep fry

Onion cubes layers separated

teaspoons
dark soy sauce

Spring onions
to taste

Instructions
Slice fresh red chillies. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and saute.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put the fish popcorns, one by one, and deep fry till golden.
Add onion cubes to the pan and saute for 2 minutes. Add red chillies and dark soy sauce and mix.
Drain fish popcorn from the kadai and add to the pan and mix.
Roughly slice spring onions along with a little stem and add to the pan. Add lemon juice, honey and salt and mix well.
Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot immediately.
