Instructions
Put oil in the pan and sauté the garlic and onions, then add button mushrooms and cook them.
Add all other mushrooms and sauté them, after that add thyme and asparagus and season well.
Heat up the parmesan fonduta and place it in the bottom of the plate and place all the sautéed mushroom and asparagus.
Add bread croutons and place the poached egg on the top of the mushroom and sprinkle truffle oil on it.
