Lobster Tails
Indian fried lobsters.
Ingredients

medium sized lobsters
cleaned
4
egg whites
4
tsp
Tomato sauce
To make the masala paste
1
tbsp
Ginger
1
tsp
pepper
8
Cloves
1/2
tsp
turmeric
salt to taste
Instructions
Grind the ingredients for the masala paste together.
Coat the lobsters with this paste and allow them to marinade for 30 minutes.
Whisk the egg whites and tomato sauce together.
Heat oil in a shallow pan.
Dip the lobsters into the egg white tomato sauce mixture and golden fry.
Serve and enjoy!
