Instructions
Whisk yeast, 1/3rd of the sugar and 12 cups of warm water in a bowl till the yeast dissolves.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Combine flour, milk, egg, egg yolk, salt, yeast mixture, and the leftover sugar in a processor.
Once combined, add butter and turn on the processor again to form a sticky dough.
Flour the work surface and roll out the dough to 12-inch of thickness.
Cut the dough with a round cutter of about 2-inch diameter.
Put the dough circles on a baking sheer and sprinkle flour all over them.
Cover the sheet and let the dough rise to double which should take about half an hour.
Heat oil for deer frying in a deep pan and bring the temperature to 365°F.
Put sugar in bowl to coat donuts after frying and put the chocolate hazelnut spread in a piping bag.
Add the donuts one by one in the oil and remove once they are golden brown in colour.
Drain the excess oil and dip them in sugar.
Poke a hole in one side of the doughnut with a chopstick.
Pipe in the chocolate hazelnut spread and do the same on the opposite side as well.
Repeat with the rest of the donuts and serve.
