  1. In a bowl, mix together stir together the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic and olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle the salt and pepper onto the fish fillets and place it in on a dish.
  3. Pour the honey mixture on the fillets and refrigerate them for about 20 minutes.
  4. Once the marination process is complete, heat a skillet keeping the flame on medium.
  5. Fry the fish on the skillet, keeping the marinade aside.
  6. One side will require about 5-6 minutes to cook.
  7. Once done, place the fillets on the serving plate and put the marinade on the warm skillet and keep it on the heat till it reduces to a glaze.
  8. Pour the glaze over the fish and serve hot.
