Ingredients

honey

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
In a bowl, mix together stir together the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garlic and olive oil.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper onto the fish fillets and place it in on a dish.
Pour the honey mixture on the fillets and refrigerate them for about 20 minutes.
Once the marination process is complete, heat a skillet keeping the flame on medium.
Fry the fish on the skillet, keeping the marinade aside.
One side will require about 5-6 minutes to cook.
Once done, place the fillets on the serving plate and put the marinade on the warm skillet and keep it on the heat till it reduces to a glaze.
Pour the glaze over the fish and serve hot.
