Ingredients

Large Eggs
2/3

sugar

vanilla extract

tsp
Lemon peel
grated
Pinch of salt

cup
all purpose flour

tbsp
butter
melted
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 375F.
Butter and flour a madeleine baking pan.
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon peel and salt together.
Add the flour and beat until combined.
Add the melted butter and beat.
Pour the batter into the madeleine pan and bake for 15-15 minutes.
Allow to cool and remove from the pan.
Serve and enjoy.
