Flan Recipe
An alternate birthday cake?
Ingredients

white sugar

cup
whole milk
1
can sweetened condensed milk
3
eggs
3
egg yolks
1/4
cup
freshly orange juice

tbsp
orange peel grated
1
tbsp
vanilla extract
1
tbsp
corn starch
1
cup
heavy cream
Instructions
Heat the sugar in a pan, stirring constantly for ten minutes.
Pour the melted sugar into a flan mold.
Preheat an oven to 360 degrees F.
Combine the whole milk, condensed milk, eggs, egg yolks, orange juice, orange peel, vanilla extract and corn-starch in a blender.
Add the cream and blend again.
Pour this mixture over the sugar into the flan mold.
Bake the flan for 45 minutes and allow it to cool.
Refrigerate for four hours and then flip over the mold.
Serve and enjoy!
