Spooky Goodness
These creamy, melt in your mouth banana ghost coated with white chocolate and coconut are a perfect Halloween dessert!
Instructions
  1. Melt the white chocolate by warming it in a pan set over simmering water.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into half.
  3. Stick Popsicle sticks into the middle of each half.
  4. Spread a tray with baking paper.
  5. Coat the bananas in white chocolate and then sprinkle the coconut over them until coated.
  6. Lay them on the baking paper and arrange two eyes and a mouth on each banana using the dark chocolate drops.
  7. Once done, put the bananas in a freezer and allow them to freeze for four hours up to a week.
  8. Take them out and enjoy!
