Ingredients

hung curd

sugar

Milk

Cream
5-6
strands
kesar/saffron

of your choice
Instructions
Take 2 tbsp milk in a bowl and add 4-5 strands of saffron in it. Let it soak in it for 5-6 mins.
Beat the hung curd in a bowl and add sugar in it.
Add plain milk & cream and mix well.
Now add the saffron strands along with the milk they were soaked in.
Add any fruits of your choice. You can also add finely cut dry fruits like cashews and almonds.
Use saffron strands to garnish. Serve chilled.
