The process of cooking is in a slow cooker so you can begin by putting the meat in first.
Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour this mixture over the meat kept in the cooker.
Coat the meat well with the mixture and now add in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
Now cover the cooker and put it on low.
Let the meat cook for about 10 to 12 hours and if you want it quicker then set it on high for about 4 to 6 hours.
