Instructions
Begin by preheating the oven at 325°F and greasing a baking pan with butter.
Line the pan with parchment paper and grease that as well.
Mix together the butter, chocolate and cocoa powder in a double boiler and keep stirring till you get a smooth mixture.
In another bowl whisk the eggs along with sugar and salt till the mixture becomes fluffy.
Add one-third of this mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
Do the same twice and then sift in the flour in three batches while folding it in with the mixture.
Pour the final batter in the baking pan and bake the brownies for about an hour and then transfer to a wire rack.
Once cooled, remove the brownie slab from the wire rack onto a work surface and cut into equal square pieces.
